TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the Terms and Conditions for working with Miami Model Camps.

1. The Registration Fee (and all other fees moving forward) is calculated in US dollars is non refundable.

2. The Confirmation Form is non negotiable and requires full payment in advance for the special order photography and/or video services you are ordering.

3. Any refunds or chargebacks are at the sole discretion of Design Bureau Corp dba Miami Model Camps.

4. Design Bureau Corp dba Miami Model Camps reserves the right to reschedule a model camp due to extreme weather, riots, terrorism or any other activity or act of God that is beyond our control and may place anyone in danger.

5. Miami Model Camps is not responsible for any travel, hotel or personal expenses in any way associated with attending a model camp in Miami.

6. You are allowed to use the photographs and video for whatever you like in promoting yourself and furthering your career. You will not provide any of the photographs or media to any person or organization for commercial use or income generating activities without the express written consent of Miami Model Camps.

7. Miami Model Camps retains ownership of all photographs and videos both raw and edited and may use the media for whatever uses they deem appropriate at any time without approval or consent from anyone.

8. Miami Model Camps will keep a backup of all photographs and video but does not guarantee permanent backups. Any photographs and video that must be provided more than once to the model/actor will incur a archive charge of $250 USD.

9. Absolutely no drugs or alcohol is permitted on the production facility. Bringing, using or being under the influence of any kind of alcohol or illegal drug during a model camp will result in the immediate expulsion off the property and absolutely no refund will be provided.

10. Only one guardian may accompany a minor during the model camp. You are considered a minor if you are below 18 years of age. Proof of age is required on all participants. Absolutely no other persons are allowed to attend only because space is limited.

11. You understand we are not a model agency or offer any kind of promise you will receive modeling offers or contracts by participating in a model camp or test session.

12 Miami Model Camps reserves the right to cancel a Model Camp and refund your Registration and Confirmation Fees for any reason.

13. By submitting the Registration form and the Confirmation form you and participating in a model camp or test session you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
